$65 Physician Consultation Fee for all physician services cosmetic consultations.

If physician cosmetic procedures are rendered, this fee is deducted from the cost of any physician cosmetic services.

Charges for all cosmetic services are to be paid in full at the time of service. Cash, local checks and major credit cards are accepted. Care Credit plans are available.

While Dr. Stoddard and his staff provide the highest quality services, results from cosmetic services do carry some risk and results are not always predictable.

All clients receiving services will be informed of the potential benefits and risks of the proposed procedures and will be asked to sign the appropriate consent forms. Results are not guaranteed and refunds for cosmetic services will not be issued.
